dolls and clay.

fire up that furnace,here I come.

I been working too much but when I get time away from that hellish hole I manage to make funny things like my dolls.

I have just designed some new ones and hope to get around to bringing them to life as well as a plushie or two.

This weekend is a free one so I'm going to fire up my kiln and get some clay pendants fired and ready to use,I cant wait to do that!

Oh and I have an exhibit late May along with some competitions that Im excited about,Im also teaching again now but I'm not sure if I'm so excited over that,I am not known for my patience.

I had a food photo assignment last week,I loved it,who would guess that food photography could be fun,it was so cool.I have some portrait work coming up thats going to be fun,Id love to do that full time,but I guess I need to be patient.

I met a lady today who is in her late fifties and she was so excited,she was going to stay in a motel for the first time in her life,I was amazed that some one her age had never stayed in a motel before,she was taking about having two meals provided a day and pay tv,room service and big beds,it was kinda cute and sad in a way,it is something I take for granted when ever I travel,she really inspired me to see things in a fresher way and not to be so complacent.
